Founder & President

  • Daniel Salinas is the Director of Fighter Development at Fight the Fight (FTF) and the heart of its training culture. A lifelong boxing enthusiast and athlete advocate, Daniel brings decades of firsthand experience in the ring, deep respect for the discipline of boxing, and a no-nonsense commitment to fighter growth.
  • Daniel's role is central to what makes FTF different: he guides fighters not just toward victory, but toward development — tactically, mentally, and ethically. He oversees fighter onboarding, tier advancement, and match preparation strategies, with a focus on clean technique, safety, and showmanship.
  • Unlike traditional fight circuits that prioritize ticket sales over athlete well-being, Daniel is building a fighter-first culture rooted in integrity, courage, and community. His personal coaching style blends old-school fundamentals with modern bonus-performance tactics, helping fighters understand not just how to win, but how to earn through technical excellence, sportsmanship, and strategy.
  • Working alongside FTF’s founder Daniel Doria, Daniel Salinas is building a league that respects the body, rewards the brain, and makes room for fighters who have been locked out of the professional ecosystem. His commitment to boxing as a tool for transformation is the backbone of FTF’s mission.

Co-Founder & Executive Director

  • Daniel Doria is the founder and executive director of Fight the Fight (FTF), a pioneering nonprofit boxing league built to give working-class amateur fighters a structured, safe, and financially meaningful path to development. He also serves as the founder and director of the Universal Canine Health Care Company (UCHC), where he designed a tax-efficient, commission-driven model to fund lifesaving care for shelter animals.
  • As the legal and structural architect behind both organizations, Daniel’s work bridges economic innovation, public benefit, and personal transformation. His professional background includes high-level sales leadership, legal activism, and strategic systems design, with a career marked by successful challenges to institutional abuse and regulatory neglect — from corporate fraud to deceptive university marketing to unsafe labor practices.
  • At FTF, Daniel created the tiered bonus structure, legal compliance framework, and anti-predatory model that separates fighter compensation from promoter influence. His goal: make amateur boxing accessible, honorable, and financially sustainable for adults who otherwise have no pipeline into the sport.
  • Daniel is also a pro se legal strategist who has built a national network of self-represented litigants and authored tools that help others navigate the civil court system without an attorney. His lifelong mission is to give everyday people more control over their outcomes — in law, in life, and in the ring.
