At FTF, fighters are placed in one of four competitive Tiers based on performance, skill, and evaluation. Separately, you choose your monthly membership level, which determines how much of your tier’s bonus cap you’re eligible to earn.

• $300/month
   

The higher your membership, the more of your tier’s available bonuses you’re eligible to claim if you perform well.

These are earned, not chosen, and affect the maximum bonus available for top performance:

If you pay less than $300/month, your bonus eligibility is reduced proportionally. For example:

• If you're in Tier 2 and pay $150/month, you're eligible for half of the $80,000 cap = $40,000/year.
   
• If you change tiers mid-cycle, your bonus is pro-rated based on how long you paid each amount.
   

• Bonuses are performance-based and not guaranteed.
   
• Payouts are never more than 60% of total dues collected—this keeps the model sustainable.
   
• Bonuses come from member dues, not outside promoter funds.
   
• You can change your payment level anytime—just know your bonus ceiling adjusts with it.
